SHIPPING
Wholesale/bulk orders: Please allow 5 business days to process the order before shipping.
Regular customer orders: Please allow 1-3 business days.
Orders received after 5 pm PST will be in processing the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends and holidays.
We only ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For any third party shipment or courier, it is the client's responsibility to arrange shipment and payment directly to their courier for pick up at our warehouse location.
Shipping Time -- Most orders will be processed the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
