Returns are accepted within 30 days of order received on all F1SKIN products purchased on this website.
To return product(s) you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our customer service department at hello@F1skin.com Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm PST for further assistance with processing your return. Any returns received without a return authorization will be unable to be processed.
Please note, refunds excludes original and return shipping charges. Refunds will be made only to the original credit card used to purchase the returned product.
Returns are subject to validation and approval by F1SKIN and reserves the right to limit or refuse a return.
Damaged or discrepancies in products: We apologize if you have received items that may have been damaged during transit or fault made by our fulfillment center. Please contact our customer service department at hello@F1skin.com and we will gladly exchange or refund back to original payment including the original and return shipping costs.
